About the Legacy
The Hannah Pratt Legacy is inspired by a prayer Hannah Michelle Pratt wrote in her journal in 2003 just months after she was listed for a double lung transplant. She was born with the genetic disease cystic fibrosis, which affected her life from birth. The legacy is created to honor her faith and passions shaped and deepened by her journey with cystic fibrosis.The Story

Again, Hannah’s words touch my very core because I know she truly did “lay her dreams down” and gave her all to her Abba. I wonder if I will ever be able to say that same thing….thank you for sharing another of Hannah’s songs. Jenny’s talent to give a voice to Hannah’s heart is beautiful and inspiring!
Linda, I’m grateful too for Jenny bringing the song to life. It captures the essence of Hannah’s legacy. Little did she know. But then, it was God who wrote her story.
